Guest reservation submissions will be entered into workflow for approval. Once the event coordinator has approved your event, you will receive an email confirmation. YOUR RESERVATION IS NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION.
Each facility listed below has a minimum amount of time that groups can submit reservations in advance. Do not submit reservations that are less than the minimums, as they will NOT be accepted.
- Virgil Henson Activities Center – 24 hours
- Buffalo Sports Park – 24 hours
- Jack B. Kelley Student Center – 1 week
- Outdoor Spaces – 1 week
- J.A. Hill Chapel – 1 week
- Mary Moody Northen Hall – 1 week
- Fieldhouse “The Box” – 1 week
- Amarillo Center – 1 week
- First United Bank Center – 2 weeks
- Alumni Banquet Facility – 2 weeks
- Sybil B. Harrington Fine Arts Complex – 2 weeks
